By accessing or using the application also referred to as The MOVES App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

2.1 License. Company (also, "we" or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.2 Learning Content. Certain content made available through the App ("Learning Content") is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
You may use, share, and adapt such Learning Content in accordance with that license. This license does not apply to the App itself or its underlying technology.
2.3 User Responsibilities. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may create or submit content through the App, including reflections, journal entries, goals, or other inputs ("User Content").
We use User Content solely to provide and personalize your experience in the App, including generating guidance and recommendations, as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
To the extent made available in the App, the App may generate guidance, recommendations, or outputs ("Service Output") using our proprietary knowledge base, methodologies, and automated or AI-assisted processes.
We retain all rights in and to the Service Output, including the underlying methodologies, systems, and intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service Output for your personal use in connection with the App.
Service Output is not unique and may be similar to content provided to other users.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the App, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The App may use your activity and User Content to personalize your experience and generate guidance, as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App.
You agree that we may use such feedback and insights to improve the App and related services without restriction or obligation to you.

If your access is provided through an organization, your access may expire at the end of the applicable subscription period.
Upon expiration, you may continue using the App by purchasing or renewing an individual subscription, if available.
Some users receive access to the App through a sponsor organization, such as a university, employer, or other participating organization. If so, your sponsor organization will provide you with a unique access code that gives you access to the App for a specified period.
While your sponsored access is active, your sponsor organization may receive limited, aggregated, and de-identified information about participation and engagement within the sponsored group. This may include information such as activation rates, average point totals, commonly used MOVES, and overall trends relating to goals and areas of development.
Your personal information, journal entries, reflections, conversations, assessment responses, and other information associated with your individual account are not shared with your sponsor organization.
Once your sponsored access ends, or if you transition to an individual subscription, your sponsor organization will no longer receive information about your participation in the App.
Sponsor organizations are responsible for how they use and interpret any aggregated or de-identified information made available to them.
The App, including its software, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Company or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted:
These restrictions do not apply to Learning Content licensed under Section 2.2.
Your access to the App may be suspended or terminated if:
If you access the App through an organization, your access may also be terminated at the request of that organization.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.
The App may include references to third-party companies, products, services, logos, trademarks, trade names, or other brand identifiers for educational, historical, commentary, comparative, or illustrative purposes. All such names, logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Medici Next Inc. is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by any third-party company referenced in the App. Any use of third-party names, logos, or trademarks is intended solely to identify the relevant company, product, or service being discussed.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
